This article provides information on software implementation of commonly used multiple testing procedures and subgroup analysis procedures.

Multiple testing procedures

Implementation of Multiple Testing Procedures provides information on SAS- and R-based software for implementing multiple testing procedures used in multiplicity problems with a single family of objectives. This includes commonly used nonparametric procedures (Bonferroni, Holm, fixed-sequence, fallback and chain procedures), semiparametric procedures (Hommel and Hochberg procedures) and parametric procedures (single-step and step-down Dunnett procedures).

Implementation of Gatekeeping Procedures provides information on SAS- and R-based software for implementing gatekeeping procedures for addressing multiplicity in clinical trials with several families of objectives, including nonparametric and more powerful semiparametric and parametric procedures.

Subgroup analysis procedures

Implementation of SIDES Procedures provides information on an Excel-based software package for implementing the SIDES and related procedures used for subgroup identification and biomarker discovery in clinical trials.
