this product is a high-efficiency bacterial expression vector designed for recombinant protein production in E. coli. It features a strong T7 promoter for robust expression and includes a PelB signal sequence that directs proteins to the periplasmic space, facilitating proper folding and disulfide bond formation. The vector also allows for optional C-terminal 6xHis-tag fusion for easy purification and includes an ampicillin resistance gene for selection.
